The Challenge
The client's support team was overwhelmed with repetitive inquiries. Tickets were piling up, resolution times were climbing, and hiring fast enough wasn't an option. They needed a way to handle 70% of incoming requests automatically without sacrificing quality.
What We Built
We built an AI-powered triage and response system that understands incoming tickets, categorizes them by type and urgency, generates contextual responses for common issues, and routes complex problems to the right specialist with full context attached. The system learns from resolved tickets to improve over time.

The Challenge
The client's leadership team was making decisions based on weekly spreadsheet reports that were already outdated by the time they were compiled. Data lived in 6 different systems, and nobody agreed on the numbers. They needed a single source of truth with real-time visibility.
What We Built
We built a unified data pipeline that ingests events from all source systems in real-time, transforms and validates the data, and feeds it into purpose-built dashboards for each team — sales, operations, finance, and executive leadership. Every metric is defined once, calculated consistently, and updated in seconds.

The Challenge
The client had thousands of documents spread across Confluence, SharePoint, and shared drives. Employees spent 30+ minutes per day searching for information, often giving up and asking colleagues — who were equally unsure where to find answers. Critical institutional knowledge was effectively lost.
What We Built
We built a retrieval-augmented generation system that indexes all internal documents, understands their content semantically, and responds to natural language questions with accurate, cited answers. The system knows which documents are authoritative, handles conflicting information, and tells users exactly where each answer comes from.
